At Corioliss, we want you to be excited to receive and use your items every time you shop with us. However, you may want to return items to us and we are happy to help.


Our "hassle-free" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your Order Confirmation E-mail Receipt, and Return Authorisation Number within 30-days of your purchase for a refund. To receive your Return Authorisation Number please contact us at

To be accepted for return, all products must be returned in the original box containing all original product packaging and accessories and be in a like-new unused condition.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. For additional questions or order inquiries, email for further assistance.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your return:


  • 1. Re-pack the product(s) in its original packaging and include, manuals and accessories and protective packaging. (To be accepted for return, all products must be returned in the original box containing all original product packaging and accessories).
  • 2. Please contact us by telephone (01392 365 177) or email to explain the reason for return and to request a return authorisation number. This will help you to provide us with the details that will make your return process as fast and simple as possible.  Please note that we will not accept any returns without a valid authorisation number.
  • 3. Send the package, with the completed returns form, to the address provided in the email with your return authorisation number. For your protection, we recommend you use a registered delivery service, insured to the value of your parcel.

  • We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the product was damaged during delivery or if the wrong item was shipped.




    All orders are processed immediately. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order. A refund will be issued once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse.

    Warranty Returns

    Thank you so much for choosing a Corioliss electrical item.  In the unlikely event your goods become faulty, we offer a 1-year hassle free consumer warranty on all our electrical products and a 1-year warranty for professional hairdressers.  We will either repair or replace the item, but in no event shall our liability exceed the value of the goods in question. No claim will be accepted outside of this time limit.

    Please include a valid proof of purchase, which must be from an authorised Corioliss supplier.

    What isn’t covered:

    • Normal wear and tear
    • Accidental damage
    • Damage from external sources such as transit
    • Weather
    • Electrical outages or power surges
    • Faults caused by:
    • Negligent use, misuse, neglect or careless operation
    • Use of the product not in accordance with the operating manual
    • Repairs carried out by parties other than authorised repairers
