Our "hassle-free" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your Order Confirmation E-mail Receipt, and Return Authorisation Number within 30-days of your purchase for a refund. To receive your Return Authorisation Number please contact us at email@example.com.
To be accepted for return, all products must be returned in the original box containing all original product packaging and accessories and be in a like-new unused condition.

In the unlikely event your goods become faulty, we offer a 1-year hassle free consumer warranty on all our electrical products and a 1-year warranty for professional hairdressers. We will either repair or replace the item, but in no event shall our liability exceed the value of the goods in question. No claim will be accepted outside of this time limit.
